Awards may not be combined together or with any other promotions. Organizers must call and register a group name and contact information before group reservations are made and discounts can be awarded. Valid only on new bookings made after registration. Berths awarded are at the lowest interior state room per person rate and exclude port, tax and fees. Airfare is limited to a $300 value or less or an equivalent substitution. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent valued awards or discounts. Awards are applied after group finalization, approximately 70 days prior to departure.
